Claire Shorenstein (MS, RD, CSSD, CDN) is a Registered Dietitian, founder of Eat for Endurance Nutrition Counseling, host of the Eat for Endurance Podcast. She also is a Road Runners Club of America certified running coach and an avid trail and ultra runner. She provides virtual counseling to teenage and adult clients on a wide variety of nutrition-related issues, with a speciality in Performance Nutrition. She does not advocate following restrictive "diets" unless to treat a specific medical condition, as many diets or "lifestyles" negatively impact performance and may lead to nutrition inadequacies and/or disordered eating patterns.
